1. Definitions
"We", "Us", "Our" refer to Foreda Tours and Cabs.
"You", "Your" refer to the client or customer.
"Services" means transportation, tours, and travel arrangements we provide.
2. Bookings and Payments
- Bookings must be made through our website, phone, or in person.
- Payments can be made via cash, MPESA, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
- Prices are in Kenyan Shillings and may change without prior notice.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- 24+ hours before service – full refund.
- Less than 24 hours – no refund.
- If we cancel, you’ll get a full refund or rescheduling option.
4. Service Terms
- Be ready at your pick-up location and time.
- Delays caused by passengers may result in extra charges.
- We may refuse service if a passenger is abusive, intoxicated, or unsafe.
5. Tour Policies
- Tour itineraries may change due to weather or traffic.
- Entrance fees and meals are not included unless stated.
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings.
6. Liability
We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delay from factors beyond our control. Passengers should arrange personal travel insurance.
7. Website Use
Website content is property of Foreda Tours and Cabs and may not be used without permission.
8. Privacy
Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of Kenya, and disputes will be handled in Kenyan courts.
